Pearl Development, one of Bahrain’s distinctive real estate and property development companies was developing an iconic, 29-story, $66 million premium commercial tower in the heart of the city, offering a first-class business environment with a complete range of luxury amenities and accommodations to become the perfect business showcase. The objectives of the project were to visualize the existing value/belief system of Platinum Tower and rework it into a brand identity to enhance customer confidence and generate purchase and investment interest.

Audits made it obvious that the building’s unique/iconic silhouette should be the inspiration for the new brand, which was consistently reflected across all marketing collateral – print, electronic, broadcast, outdoor and environmental.
